Powell Golf Club is 7 miles east of Powell, WY. The 18 hole course offers two distinct nines with a variety of challenges for all ages and skill levels.

The Powell Golf Club sits 7 miles east of the City of Powell and features 18 holes of golf for all levels of play. Two different yet distinct nines challenge a players total game. The Desert nine offers many risk and reward opportunities as the Sagebrush and Greasewood shape and contour most holes. The lack of trees make the Desert nine seem benign, yet the landscape offers an exciting and challenging test. As players make the turn to the Pines nine they will notice a tighter more tree-lined challenge that is less forgiving to errant shots. Newly renovated greens on the Pines nine have added more size and undulation for a stern but fair test of golf. The course offers four different teeing locations. The Black, Brick, Gold, and Sandstone allow golfers of all levels to enjoy and test their skills.

We need your help putting the greens to bed for the winter!

We're tarping the greens on Saturday, November 7 at 9 AM, and we'd love as many hands as we can get. We'll split up into groups and knock it out together, so the more people who show up, the quicker it goes. Grab a friend and meet us out at the course.

Getting the tarps down now protects the greens through the winter, so they come back strong in the spring. There's a lot to look forward to at Powell Golf Club, and we're excited to keep building on it with all of you in 2027!

*Maintenance Notice*

The driving range will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, September 16-17.

Our grounds crew is continuing its work to improve and restore the driving range. This week, they’ll be preparing the area for fall planting as we keep working toward a healthier, better-looking range this fall and next spring.
