Badger State Tractor Pullers We’re in the business of Pro Pulling. Get hooked with Badger State Tractor Pullers 🚜💨 If a competitor touches the line, they will be disqualified.

The concept of pulling is based upon who can pull the sled the farthest on a dirt track. The dirt track is 300 feet long with 2 white lines on each side for boundaries. In the class, competitors draw numbers in the order they will hook to the sled. The competitor has two attempts to make a pull. Should they stop before 100 feet on the first attempt, they will get a second attempt. Once the competitor makes his or her pull, the distance is measured. These distances are recorded and the results are based upon those distances. Typically the track is 300 feet long, however, BSTP uses a "Floating Finish Line" Based on the sled operators or track crew's judgment, another weight may be added or a faster gear will be selected on the sled to stop the pulling vehicle before 330 feet or a reasonable distance.
