Gracie United - Team Jucao Ascension Since opening in 2011, we've been proud to provide martial arts instruction to the Ascension Parish GU Team Jucão Ascension

Gracie United is a martial arts academy that teaches kids and adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and self-defense, allowing students to develop the strength and self-assurance that will confidently lead them through life. With an emphasis placed on loyalty, respect, and honor, our professional instructors teach students valuable life lessons as they progress towards their goals. Whether parents want to place their children in one of our kids classes or a group of girlfriends wants to take a self-defense class together, everyone can expect to receive encouraging and informative instruction from our team!
