Thanks for a great 2026 season! The Gary and Jean Cromer Pratt Pool is CLOSED for the year- we’ll see you Memorial Day 2027!
Thanks to all the staff that helped make this season great, and you, the community who came out to swim!

TODAY is the last regular weekday the pool is open for the 2026 season- SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW! We wish the best year for all our favorite Greenbacks and Thunderbirds (and all the area schools too!)
The Pratt Pool will continue to operate ADULT SWIM times daily and be open to the public Saturdays and Sundays through Labor Day.
*There are MANY pool parties scheduled still this month, so if you see people swimming 🐠 it's likely a private party!

Open today and tomorrow- come swim with us before school starts!

Enjoy the last 2 days of summer swimming at the Pratt Pool! Regular hours today and tomorrow and then moving into WEEKENDS only through LABOR DAY! It's been a great season at the Gary and Jean Cromer Municipal Pool.

Ok…. If you have followed this site long enough…. You know I despise playing the “when will we, when will we not open” pool posts.

Looking at all the radars, I feel good about being open at 3:00.

Pool Announcement:

There will be no Adult Swim due to the current weather/lightning and the projection over the next hour.

The plan is for the pool to still open at 12:30, as it appears most of the weather should be gone.

Today is a My 93.1 Hutchinson's #1 Hit Music Station Poolside party at the Pratt Pool! Come out and swim!

We have had a massive uptick in the amount of vapes, amount of cussing and amount of disrespect towards lifeguards and staff. Just know that we have sent double digit kids home this week for different instances. Please help us by talking with your kids about the consequences of their choices when they come to the pool.
