‼️NEW LIL CRICKET CLASS TIME‼️

We are excited to offer a new Lil Crickets gymnastics class on Thursdays from 5:45–6:15 PM!

Lil Crickets is a great introduction to gymnastics for our youngest participants. Classes focus on basic gymnastics skills, coordination, balance, strength, and following directions while helping little ones become comfortable and confident in the gym.

A backward roll may seem simple, but it’s the beginning of something BIG.

At the Y, we teach gymnastics through progressions—building strength, technique, body awareness and confidence one step at a time. Each skill lays the foundation for the next, until those basic movements turn into bigger, stronger and more advanced skills.

There are no shortcuts to great gymnastics.

We have had a full week of gymnastics wrapping up with our small but mighty level 5 team at Compulsory Judges Cup in Auburn, AL! Our girls fought hard and pushed through challenges, but finished the day strong! Proud of you both for keeping a great attitude and cheering each other on! Let’s get back to the gym and get ready for Clash of the Titans!
