I completed my 50 hour yoga sculpt certification at CorePower in Roseville back in May. I’ve been practicing yoga for only 2 years but I instantly fell in love with sculpt! Fitness has always been a big part of my adult life. Whether its weight lifting, running, or yoga, anything to keep my body moving and healthy makes me happy! Teaching yoga was never something I saw myself doing but as I get older, doing something I love and that’s also rewarding means more to me than any paycheck could. The community around yoga has been so welcoming and I look forward to getting to know everyone and being a part of Bodhi!!

I currently also bartend, and am pursing my WI & MN real estate license. I love camping, hiking, reading, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, anything outdoors in the summer.
Running a 1/2 marathon on sept 19 and going on a yoga retreat in October!

I also Have a 10 year old cat named Peppa.
