Congratulations to Jill Barn-ard and Bob Longley for finishing in 1st place in the weekly Sunday Funday 2 person draw tournament with a 707 three game total.
Also congrats to Larry Little and Bill Martinuk for each bowling a 101 string, which happened to be the progressive number drawn. Larry and Bill split the $40. Progressive pot.
Bowling again next Sunday, June 7, at 5:00.
All are welcome to come in and play for quarters, scratch tickets, the progressive jackpot, and the chance to dethrone the current champions .

Reminder!!!
The Northern Lanes bowling banquet for the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday leagues team members (and guests) is Saturday, May 16, at the Elks Lodge in the bingo room. Meal starts at 6:00, the rumor is that we have burgers and hotdogs? on the BBQ
Salads, desserts served with the meal .
Presentation of plaques and cash prizes for teams and individuals will follow the meal.
Come on down and enjoy a meal and cash prizes you all have earned.
Following the awards, the band Centerline will be playing some good music to listen and dance to.

The final roll off championship for the 2025-26 season was bowled last night, and our congratulations to the team WAM !
They defeated the Northern Lanes -Spare Me team by a final of 1435- 1393.
A fun match to watch, there was no quit in either team.
WAM team members are:
Amanda Skidgel, Tracy Martinuk, Bill Martinuk, and spare Lyndsey Maynard.
Northern Lanes -Spare Me team members are:
Sandra McDonald, Jill Barnard, Bob Longley.

The Monday Men's roll off championship was bowled last night, both teams rolled some good strings, and in the end, RM Lawn Care defeated Trombleys 2936- 2865.
Congratulations to both teams, and thank you to all Monday bowlers for a great season.

Results from the "Grand Finale" 9 pin 3 person candlepin bowling tournament held Saturday, May 2nd.
Thank you to all 20 teams that participated in the tournament. It was great to have friends from Caribou and Houlton join in on the fun.

The May "Grand Finale" 9 pin tournament has finished up.
Congratulations to the 1st place team of Jill Barnard, Carrie Hafford and Chip Hafford. There 2052 total was 18 pins ahead of the 2nd place team of Larry Little, Craig Nickerson and Sylvain Beaulieu.
High strings for Women were Tonya Simpson with a 156 for the actual, and Sue Leavitt with a 169 for the string with handicap.
For the men, Cory Searles had the high actual with a 170, and Mike Cyr had the high string with handicap with a 172.
I will post the top 6 teams tomorrow with their scores.

Just a reminder, anyone interested in bowling in the 9 pin tournament on Saturday, May 2nd, please let me know by Friday, May 1st , so we can finalize the teams and lanes for Saturday.
As of Wednesday, we have 20 teams signed up, 12 for the 12:00 shift, and 8 for the 3:30 shift.
Come on down and try the 9 pin tournament for some good, fun and competitive bowling, or come have some laughs with the bowlers.
