Foxy 101 is officially FULL!

I’m so excited to welcome this new group of ladies into Foxy. Starting something new can be intimidating, and I don’t take it lightly that they chose us to help them get started.

I could keep telling you what Foxy 101 is, but I’d rather let the women who just finished it tell you. 🫶🏻✨🙌🏻

They walked through the doors nervous, out of practice, some outta shape, and unsure if they could do it—and then they realized they belonged here.

We start tonight. You don’t need rhythm. You don’t need to be in shape. You don’t need to know a single move. You just have to be willing to walk through the door.

This is for the woman who wants to start working out but feels nervous, out of shape or completely lost on where to begin.

We slow everything down, teach you the moves and help you get comfortable before jumping into regular classes. No judgment. No cliques. No keeping up with anybody else.

With Foxy 101, you won’t walk into a room full of people who already know what they’re doing. Everyone begins together, everyone is new, and we teach you everything step by step.

Our first Foxy 101 ladies absolutely rocked it—and the confidence they gained in just four weeks was incredible.

Nervous to walk into a gym because you don’t know where to begin? Foxy 101 was made for you. EVERYONE who starts this with us is NEW or hasn’t been in years!

We’ll help you learn the workouts, get comfortable and find the classes that fit your schedule. Your membership includes our Foxy 101 beginner sessions plus access to any other class on the Foxy Fitness schedule.

No judgment. No cliques. Just real women starting where they are.

Our next four-week round begins September 15. No three-month commitment.
