Most trainers always tell their their clients, Dont think about it, Just do it. And guess what? They get results. Successful exercisers really dont think about having to train, they just get out and do it. people who relied on self pep talks to try to motivate themselves remained couch potatoes, because they actually talked themselves out of exercising! The more you talk about it, the more exhausted and stressed out you might get about it. You dont need two hours in the gym everyday to achieve a rock hard body.
