Get your little one ready for the water with our 8-session Parent & Me swim class — building confidence, basic skills, and splashy fun!
🗓️ Class Details:
Sundays, June 6 – July 26
11:00am – 11:30am
8 sessions, once a week
Make-up class: August 2
Ages: Babies & toddlers (swim diapers required)
🌟 What to Know:
- Only 1 parent/guardian in the water with your swimmer (second adult can wait on benches)
- It doesn't have to be the same parent every week!
- We provide all toys and towels
- Just pack: swim diapers, swimsuit, and a change of clothes
Note: Children over age 4 must use the family changing room (can't enter opposite-gender changing rooms).

On , we want to remind you that regular exercise can reduce fall risk, ease muscle tightness, strengthen muscles, and boost mood.
Our Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program is designed to help individuals with MS manage their health and increase physical activity in a safe, motivating environment. Beyond exercise, the program includes health education mini-sessions on nutrition, emotional health, cognitive functioning, relaxation skills, and self-care.
Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program Details:
- Choose from small group, semi-private, or one-on-one sessions
- 16 total sessions plus 8 mind-body classes
- Duration: 2 months

Congratulations to Personal Trainer of the Month, Noelle! 🏆
🎓 Education & Certifications: B.S. in Nutrition with a Concentration in Exercise Science and a Minor in Marketing from Rowan University; NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
💪 Specialties: Injury rehab, mobility training, sport-specific training, and wellness training.
🥘 Fun Fact: "I am a big foodie! My top three cuisines have to be Filipino, Mediterranean, and Portuguese. I love to travel and explore nature—if there’s a mountain, I’m there! Another thing about me is that I’m an aspiring physical therapist, so when I’m not here, I’m either working as a PT aide or in the classroom."
💬 Why did you go into Personal Training? "From a young age, I was always interested in how to live a happy and healthy life. I found that fitness was the outlet that helped me achieve that. In college, I was able to take my love for fitness and wellness to a whole new level through my studies. I’m always looking to learn and grow in this field, and I am not afraid of a challenge!"

💬 Why did you go into Group Fitness Instruction? "After becoming a Center member about 15 years ago, I instantly fell in love with BODYPUMP™ and how empowering the class was to me, both physically and mentally. While I'd always been athletic, I had focused more on individual sports like tennis and running. The sense of community and encouragement in the Group Fitness program was so motivating that I began taking more and more classes. Eventually, I decided to go for my first certification (BODYPUMP™), and I've never looked back."
"I absolutely love leading members through various workouts and seeing them make progress toward their individual goals. I focus on offering various modifications for all fitness levels so that all members can participate safely while also making every class challenging and fun!"
