Lisa came to us as a triathlete with a history of injuries. She was skeptical - she had tried a lot of things and a lot of places promise a lot. But she says something clicked mid-way through her very first class.
“In the middle of my first class I just went - oh my goodness, this is amazing. Just the time under tension, what my muscles were doing - I had never worked out like that before.”
She also had her wedding dress altered. Twice. Because of this class. Just saying.

Our Summer Series Returns!
Start your morning with movement, fresh air, and community.
Join us on the Princeton Shopping Center courtyard lawn for three outdoor sessions designed to help you feel strong, grounded, and refreshed. Each 45-minute class combines mat Pilates and stretching to improve mobility, build strength, and create space to reset.

Bring water, comfortable clothes, and yourself. We’ll provide the mats.
