During times of high stress, anxiety, and depression, moving your body has shown to help massively. If you need to workout from home, pick 4 exercises, go through them each 12 to 16 times, and then repeat that 3-ish times. You can use these 4 exercises if you’d like. Honeslty, anything will help. We love you. Peek our schedule to see what we have. Planning on 7:15 and 8:30 most days. + a 10:00 in there.
