Edit: I’ve had two people ask if this is a beginner-friendly class, and the answer is YES! This class is programmed with beginners in mind, starting with basic, simple movements and progressing slowly over the course of 8.5 weeks. If you think now might be a good time to “get back into it” I encourage you to try this class! It might just be the perfect fit for you!
Registration is now open for my next Bootcamp, and I am SO excited about this class! We are going to focus on tightening & sculpting specific areas to really hone in our summer bodies 🔥 🥰

Field trip day! We knocked out a short workout, then walked down to a local coffee shop and enjoyed a nice stroll on the bike path. Felt good to get some steps in, soak in the sunshine and fresh air, and visit with these lovely gals! ❤️

I’m starting a mini Scavenger hunt series for areas in and around Prineville. This is my first one 😊
The Wetlands are an amazing trail network just northwest of Prineville, with lots of paved trails that make easy access for wheelchairs, strollers, etc. It’s great for bird-watching and you get to see so much wildlife. It’s a great place for all ages!

You'll have a nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory diet that makes being healthy without trying almost inevitable. 💪
