As we honor those fallen, we remain extremely grateful for the healing that can begin in nature, in community, and in the quiet presence of a horse, for those veterans struggling with PTSD.
Today, we remember. Today, we honor. Today, we give thanks.

Whew- its been a week. ❤️
Our sweet mini horse Hope gave us a pretty scary colic episode, followed by multiple vet visits because she just still wasn’t quite herself and not eating. There’s been a lot of stress, worry, sleepless nights, and a drained bank account. 😬🤣 (if you dont laugh, you cry 😂) But when you love your animals, you do whatever it takes for them.
Thankfully, she is slowly starting to improve, and we are holding onto every little sign of progress. We’d love any extra prayers, healing thoughts, or good energy sent her way as she continues to recover. ✨
One thing this week reminded me of is how deeply animals heal us, even while we’re trying to heal them. In the moments where you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or ready to give up… they somehow pull you back into the present.
Into love. Into purpose. Into softness.
The quiet comfort of sitting with them, hearing them breathe, feeling their trust… it heals parts of us words can’t always reach.
Animals, truly, are medicine for the soul. 🤍

In the quiet, in-between moments…
where noses nuzzle, eyes soften, and the world slows down—
this is where love lives. 🤍
No rush, no noise… just connection, trust, and the gentle rhythm of nature reminding us what truly matters. 🌿✨
