On an unfortunate note to whoever decided to write on our front door an inappropriate message we wish you could have been more of an adult about it. We apologize for the inconvenience of not being open on Wednesday. The opening employee had the flu and couldn't make it in. We tried our best to get someone in but no one else available.

Prior Lake Bait and Tackle will be open on Christmas Eve from 8am to 1pm to the ones who celebrate Christmas on the Ice. We will be Closed on Christmas Day. Our regular hours will resume Thursday Dec. 26th. New Years Eve we will be open 8am-1pm and open all day New Years Day. This season is 100x better then last year and couldn't ask for better. Dont have a full Ice report but word of ear is a couple people said bay areas are having 2-4" earlier this week. But THAT DOESNT MEAN DONT BE SAFE. Use your spud stick if you have one and BE SAFE out there if planning on going out.

Its an itch that needs to be scratched but sometimes you just got to leave it alone.

Good Afternoon! Just making notice to everyone that Prior Lake Bait and Tackle is moving to our Part Time Weekend hours, Friday- Sunday 8am-5:30pm. Season is at that time where it has became slow.

Our final days are looking to be Sunday Oct. 27th and in attempt to reopen the beginning of Dec. (If the Minnesota weather is for it)

Happy Labor Day! Prior Lake Bait and Tackle will be open this morning to later this afternoon. What we currently have in stock are Nightcrawlers, Wax Worms, Angleworms, Crappie, Fatheads, and now Bullhead.

Another announcement is that we are starting tomorrow Tuesday Sept. 3rd are going to be closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Schools are starting and just the days have been slowing down. We still will be open Wednesday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday-Sunday 8am-5:30pm.

Hours will be changing to our Summer hours! We will now be open 7 days a week starting Monday 6/10.

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5:30pm
Friday- Sunday: 7am-6pm

Happy Friday Everyone! We just got reloaded on bait and are set for the Memorial Day Weekend. We have Crappies, Fatheads, Sm./Med./Lg. Suckers, Shiners, and Lg./Jumbo Leeches. We will be open Memorial Day Monday from 8am-12pm to give the opportunity to grab bait on the beautiful Monday weather that is predicted! We will still be closed Mondays following until June where then we will be open to full time hours. Thank you all for the busy start to the season!
