We had such an amazing time yesterday with Weyandt Photography and the Easter Bunny after Stroller Barre! Kiddos were able to meet the bunny and have a professional photo taken and edited with a little treat at the end!
We can’t wait for their Mothers Day photo minis coming up in May!

Brunch Run this Saturday!
Hey mamas! Our Brunch Run is right around the corner....this is a FREE event for any mama to attend. Whether you are a seasoned runner, want to go for a walk with us or just want to stretch your legs, come join us at 7:30am followed by Brunch at Pike Lake Beach Club.
Strollers and Kiddos are welcome or not, that is up to you!
Please Register so we get a big enough table for all and dress warm to meet Emily Olson to stretch and warm up before heading out

As a mom, it takes pulling teeth for me to spend a dollar on myself, but give it all to the kiddos! At Fit4mom, we get this so we decided to put it all in one... not only for the mamas, but also for the kiddos
With a great workout geared for you in whatever stage you are at, we engage the kiddos through songs and play in our Strides classes, play groups after class including socialization, sensory, art, and more, and of course celebrating every win and milestone in your journey with you
Come find your village, your mental health, and your kiddos village, but lets have coffee while we do it :-)
First class is always free and we welcome you with open arms

Why we strengthen our core?
While core strength during and after pregnancy helps with stability, support and healing, however it’s also important to be able to flex your core muscles at a moments notice when your toddler catapults themselves at your stomach 🤪
