May is almost over, but that is not stopping the Sweat Squad from showing up! 🔥 Tuesdays are for HIITyasa, our 5:00 am and 8:15 am get their yoga, strength training, cardio, flexibility, and core all in one class!

HIITyasa is one of our licensed format that keeps your body guessing and gives you everything you need in one class! Try HIITyasa on Mondays at 5:00 pm, or Tuesdays at 5:00 am or 8:15 am, and Wednesdays at 6:15 am!

Beverly has been a constant with us since we opened in 2021. She is much more than just an instructor at Sweat60, she is a friend, motivator, and confidant.
