We’re proud to welcome Maliah "Kobi" LaCour to the Elite Hoops Academy® / Prosper Elite® Basketball family.

Kobi brings four years of collegiate playing experience from Texas Wesleyan University and the University of the Virgin Islands. A left-handed shooting guard/small forward with championship pedigree, national tournament experience, and a deep background in high school, AAU, and camp coaching.

Most importantly, she brings the right mindset.

“I’m most excited to begin my coaching journey and view the game I love from a new perspective. I can’t wait to mentor young players and positively impact their lives the same way my coaches did for me.”

Kobi will be coaching our Select and Elite Girls teams and leading training sessions at the academy. Our girls are getting a coach who’s been there, done it, and is ready to pour into the next generation.

Please welcome Chelsie Roye to Elite Hoops Academy and Prosper Elite Basketball

Chelsie was born and raised in Texas and now lives in Frisco with her husband, Cody, their two boys, Cameron and Cason, and their lemon beagle, Cash. Her family already knows our world well; her oldest plays on our Prosper Elite 4th Grade Select team and she brings a real appreciation for what this community stands for.

Chelsie joins us with a strong background in marketing, organization, and client relations, along with years of experience as a licensed Realtor. She steps into a strong operations team already led with excellence, and she’ll add more depth, structure, and support as we continue to raise our standard.

We’re thrilled to have her with us.
