Strong women build strong communities.
Today weâre celebrating the ladies of CJJF who show up, put in the work, and refuse to be anything less than powerful. These women prove every day that strength, discipline, and resilience have no limits.
Theyâre not just training for themselves â theyâre paving the way for the next generation of girls who will grow up knowing they belong here too.
Happy International Womenâs Day to the women who make this academy stronger. đĽđĽđĽ
Jiu jitsu sharpens awareness, builds composure under pressure, and teaches patience in a world that wants everything fast.
Progress isnât rushed here â itâs earned through attention, effort, and trust in the process.
That kind of work stays with you.

The last few days have been a reminderâŚ
With the ice storm hitting hard, we made the call to temporarily close our academies to keep our students, coaches, and staff safe. As much as we hated being off the mats, safety always comes first.
That said⌠being forced to slow down has a way of putting things in perspective. The time we spend training, learning, and growing together is easy to take for grantedâuntil itâs taken away, even briefly.
We miss everyone and hope youâre all staying warm and safe. Weâre coming back rested, grateful, and ready to make up for lost time. See you soon. đâď¸

â ď¸ HEALTH REMINDER â ď¸
Cold & flu season is here. Please help us keep the academy healthy:
⢠STAY HOME if you or your child isnât feeling well
⢠No training with skin issues (rashes, infections, lice)
⢠Students showing illness during class may be asked to step off the mats
We hate missed classes, but these small steps keep everyone safe. Thanks for having the teamâs back đ¤
We trained.
We showed up tired.
We showed up scared.
We showed up anyway.
We grew. We changed.
We sweat through rounds we didnât think weâd survive.
We hurt. We healed.
We won. We lost.
We tapped. We learned.
We stood back up.
This year tested us.
It stripped the ego, built the grit, and reminded us who we are when things get hard.
Every roll, every class, every moment on the mat added up to something real.
If you were here this year, youâre different now.
Stronger. Sharper. More honest with yourself.
And the best part?
Weâre just getting started.
2026, letâs keep working đĽđĽ
