Bikes at Brown

This week will be the last week of shop hours for this semester! So if you've been waiting for a free moment to get your bike fixed, make sure to stop by this week. Also, we've paused new rentals for the time being to make sure our fleet is back and fixed up for the fall.

As always, we're 3-5pm on Monday and 10:30am-12:30pm on Friday in the Urban Environmental Lab garage. See you there!

Shop hours are starting back up! For Spring 2023, Bikes at Brown will be open on Mondays 3-5 pm and Fridays 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, in the Urban Environmental Lab garage at 135 Angell St (by the foil statues). Come by for free student-run bike repairs and free 1-week bike rentals, and to learn to work on bikes!

It's that time of year when the weather stops being so friendly for outdoor bike maintenance :(

The shop is now closed and will reopen once temperatures rise again in spring. We don't have an exact reopening date since we can't predict the weather too far in advance, but we'll post again once things are picking up.

The Providence Streets Coalition has set up a new, limited-time-only bike trail on Hope st.! Using this trail is important! Show city officials we need more permanent bike infrastructure in PVD by riding on the trail and sharing your ride!

New hours for fall semester! Tuesdays only, 9am to 11am.

Note that these will taper off once it starts getting cold, probably around November.

Regular hours are done for the semester, see you next year when it's regularly a little warmer!

Bikes at Brown Thursday hours are rescheduled for Sundays 1-3pm until further notice! Feel free to come by this Sunday 12/5. May close up a bit early if it's quiet and cold.
