❤️ Today I left the dumbbells out of the workout video on purpose. 💪🏾
While I normally do my jumping jacks with 12 pounds (6 pounds in each hand), I wanted to demonstrate that you don't need extra weight to get started. The most important step is showing up and moving your body. Start where you are, use what you have, and build strength one workout at a time. Consistency beats intensity when you're creating lasting habits. Your fitness journey is not a race—it's a commitment to becoming a stronger version of yourself every day.
Today's reminder: Consistency may not always be loud, but it is always powerful. Every step forward, no matter how small, is proof that you refused to quit.

Discipline in exercising isn’t about loving every workout — it’s about showing up when you don’t. Motivation fades by Wednesday, but discipline is the system you build: a set time, a minimum baseline like “20 minutes counts,” and removing friction so your shoes are by the door and your program is already written. It’s doing the boring reps on days you feel flat, because you trust the process over the mood. Results come from consistency, not intensity, and discipline is what makes you consistent when hype can’t.
