Day of (No) Silence at the PVDGFFL 🏈💜
On April 10th , we recognize the Day of (No) Silence: a call not just to reflect, but to speak up.
What began in 1996 as the Day of Silence highlighted the ways LGBTQ+ youth are silenced in schools and communities. Today, we take it a step further.
We break the silence.
We amplify voices.
We stand in solidarity with LGBTQ+ youth who deserve to be seen, heard, and supported every single day.
At the PVDGFFL, we are committed to creating spaces where authenticity is celebrated and no one has to hide who they are.
Different voices.
Louder together.
One community.
Because silence may show the problem: but action creates change.

Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) is celebrated every year on March 31st, to raise awareness about trans and gender non-conforming people and the issues facing them.
This year, we celebrate TDOV by highlighting the growing legal and political discrimination that trans and gender non-conforming people (GNC) are experiencing in the US at the hands of unjust bills in legislatures across the country.
Many of these bills specifically target trans and GNC individuals to bar them from access to basic services like healthcare and fundamental rights to self expression.
We encourage you to celebrate TDOV by learning more about the proposed legislations in your community (see translegislation.com) and contacting your elected officials to speak out against the active disenfranchisement of Trans and GNC people.
May we continue to work to collectively refuse efforts to invisibilize transgender and gender non-conforming people from public life. Happy Transgender Day of Visibility from PVDGFFL!

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is held every year on November 20th to honor the lives of trans people who have been subjected to anti-trans violence. Today, we honor the many named and unnamed trans people whose light was taken from us far too soon. May we continue to carry their light with us and to remember so that they may never be forgotten.

You won’t find big egos or hyper-competition here — just a welcoming, encouraging space full of people committed to becoming the best version of themselves. www.fullrangepvd.com
We’re also excited to welcome back MISTR as a 2025 Season Sponsor! MISTR is gay-owned and operated, and they’ve made accessing PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV prevention) simple — even if you don’t have insurance.
