Hey Orem Athletes. I just wanted to take the time to quickly introduce myself. My name is Kali, & I will be managing & coaching at the Orem location from here on out. I have been involved with CrossFit for 3 years now, and I absolutely love everything about it. I am married with an 18 month old daughter, who I love spending time with. This past Saturday RxFIT coaches participated in a handstand walk clinic. We all learned some very valuable things for this complex movement. We can’t wait to coach our athletes next time we have handstand walks!

What is your least favorite CF movement? Running.
What do you like to do for fun outside of CrossFit? I love to explore national parks.
What is your favorite healthy snack? Fruit.
Kassi has a gymnastics background, so it is really fun to watch her do workouts with gymnastics in them because she absolutely crushes it! We love having Kassi in the RxFIT fam.

Meet one of the newer members at RxFIT Provo- Rollin!
How long have you been doing CrossFit? I've been doing crossfit for 3 weeks now but I did do a year of crossfit in high-school.
What is your favorite CF movement? My favorite CF movement or movements are the Olympic lifts particularly the sn**ch.
What is your least favorite CF movement? My least favorite movement is pull-ups because I'm terrible at them haha.
What do you like to do for fun outside of CrossFit? Outside of crossfit I enjoy playing sports with friends like football and basketball.
What is your favorite healthy snack? My favorite healthy snack would be any kind of juicy fruit like strawberries or grapes
Rollin is such a hard worker & we are so glad he joined the RxFIT provo fam!

How long have you been doing CrossFit? I started Jan 1, 2019.
What is your favorite CF movement? Bar Muscle Ups!!
What is your least favorite CF movement? Overhead dumbbell squat sn**ches.
What do you like to do for fun outside of CrossFit? Hop around CrossFit gyms while on vacation.
What is your favorite healthy snack? Anything on sale at Costco.
We love having Phillip as a member at RxFIT. He brings such great energy to the gym & works hard during all of his workouts.
