Ski season has finally arrived! Here are a few tips to keep your ski/snowboard season safe and enjoyable.
According to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, there are approximately 193,000 reported skiing and snowboarding injuries per year in the U.S. With fractures and ligament injuries of the shoulder, clavicle, knee and thumb leading the list of common injuries. Here are some recommendations for injury prevention this season.
