Koushinkai is a Karate organization that emphasizes traditional Karate ideals, physical development, and realistic self-defense techniques.
Koushinkai is an inclusive school that welcomes everyone to join. The techniques taught in the system benefit people of all sizes, physical ability, and age. We firmly believe that everyone can benefit from practicing Koushinkai Karate. We practice on Tuesdays at 7:00PM-8:30PM. Please "like" this page for updated information.
I'll have the privilege of leading practice tomorrow! Please make an effort to attend! We will be focusing on fighting at all ranges! Osu!
