A section of the Provo River Trail along Boat Harbor Drive (shown in red) will be resurfaced between June 8 and June 24. There is no convenient alternative route in this area so intermittent trail closures are expected during construction. Trail users should follow posted closures and use caution to stay clear of construction equipment.

Make sure you are familiar with new State E-Bike laws that take effect 5/6/26.

Morning Utah County!

The State passed a new E-Bike law that goes into effect next week, on May 6th. Here is a great flyer made up by one of our Deputies to try to help get some information out there. After all, knowledge is power right?

If you want to read the full Bill, it's labeled H.B.0381, and it can be found here: le.utah.gov/Session/2026/bills/introduced/HB0381.pdf

If you live inside a city and want to know their specific ordinances regarding E-bikes, I would suggest you reach out to them and ask.

When you hit the trails, remember to use good trail etidquette! Share the trails, be prepared, and be kind!
