Congratulations to Junior Serenity Dawson on her nomination for the Mariposa Center for Safety's 24th Annual Tribute to Women. Serenity was nominated for the Young Leader Award for 16-21-year-olds. " She proudly represents South High School on the Varsity Volleyball team, and she has earned a letter as manager for the girls’ basketball team. Her achievements, empathy, and faith-driven outlook demonstrate a maturity beyond her years. Serenity is a kind, determined, and inspiring young woman who embodies the spirit of Pueblo’s next generation of leaders."
