About Ardor Creations
Custom vinyl printing, for all your vinyl printing needs. Clothing, decals, tumblers, keychains, glass etching, signs, resin work, cremation jewelry, personalized stuffed animals and more. All items are handcrafted- I weed the vinyl by hand, hand layer the design onto items, then heat press with a professional press to seal the design on clothing. Due to the nature of handmad

I strive to complete and ship all items within 1-2 weeks. However, sometimes life happens and I am a one-woman shop. If there is an issue I will update you about the issue. During holidays this may be stretched a few more days. All my items are handmade with love.

Hang dry or low dry
Never Iron over design

Gildan 50/50- will not shrink if you dry

Infant/youth clothing is available
Classic fit, 7/8" collar, tear away label, double needle stitching throughout, 100% preshrunk cotton. Softstyle and other materials/ cuts available by request. Standard Measurements:

Shipping Information
Items are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping times can vary. I do not guarantee times that it takes to actually ship. It is suggested to order in advance since shipping can sometimes be delayed which is out of my hands. Please order items in advance for holidays and special occasions if you can to ensure getting them in time. Every Item I make is made just for you and is not started until after you place an order and is paid for. This means some orders, I need to order your item before I can personalize it. All orders are prepaid in full. Shirts are ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. This is subject to change depending on how many orders I currently have.
*****Shipping Update******
Packages are severely delayed and some are just sitting at hubs. You have to realize we have a pandemic going on, and staffing is very short and the mail volume is very high. This is all out of my hands. I am shipping items in the time frame I've promised, but sadly I don't know when it will arrive. I provide tracking information for all packages to help you track your order. Please be sure to allow for ample time for orders to be received. You do have the option to pay for expedited shipping. Please be patient and know this isn't my fault, so please be kind. I know its frustrating when a package gets delayed in shipping. I really wish I could do something about it. I sympathize with you. I have personally had a lot of packages delayed as well. As previously posted, please take note that shipping days are now on Fridays. IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENT PLEASE CONTACT ME! Sometimes there is a little wiggle room in schedule or items I have on hand to speed up your order process. You may get items sooner. Tracking is always sent when item ships. Rush items are available for a fee of $10

PICK- UP OPTION- Items that are not picked up with in 30 days of order being completed are considered abandoned unless you have reached out and set up another time to get your items. I can not hold items forever. They are not eligible for return either. Sorry for any inconvenience. RETURNS- There is a NO RETURN policy since all items are made custom just for you. If there is ever something wrong with your order please let me know so I can make it right
Ardor Creations is not responsible for errors of the carrier or lost packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate with the carrier on the status of their package. DAMAGES: I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Orders received in damaged condition can be made known to the shipment carrier and to file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim with the shipment carrier. Shipping and processing charges are based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, and other factors. I do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our products, but please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping starts at $6
Personalized/custom items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. I do not accept cancellations
Due to the nature of items being created handmade there may be small imperfections
