Ladies we have one spot open for MOM FIT 1 Mon/Wed 9-10am. MOM FIT 2 is filling up and looking for 4 more ladies Tues/Thurs 9-10am and will start in a couple weeks

REMINDER MEMBERS:
Don’t get caught letting ppl NOT on your plan train in the gym for free. Your membership will be cancelled. Also plz don’t move bags downstairs. None of that equipment should ever be moved thx management

Strength Cartel member Jose Rios will be in the building tonight working boxing. I’m sure he would be available for questions about lifting also.
