Core workouts don’t have to be boring and they definitely don’t have to be done alone.
Medicine ball twists are a great exercise for building core strength, improving balance, and helping support rotational movement that translates into everyday life and other workouts.
Adding these movements can help strengthen your obliques, improve stability, and challenge coordination at the same time.
