About this weekend... 🏁

Friday night, we finally got the win at El Paso County Raceway!! With such a talented field of competitors, we knew it wasn't going to be easy, but everything came together, and we were able to bring home the checkered flag.

Saturday didn't go as planned; however, we can't complain. We did the best we could with the cards we were dealt that night and were grateful to get the car back in one piece and have the opportunity to race another day.

We have this weekend off but then we hit the road for two-day show at
Sweetwater Speedway.

Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend to support us, and to those who help us along the way week after week. This sport is full of highs and lows, but our family, friends, sponsors, and supporters never let us down. We truly couldn't do this without all of you, and we're incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Recap from El Paso County Raceway.

We had a rocket in the heat, started outside pole and got the win.

Redraw put us second row inside for the feature and we felt close on setup, but the track got watered down in staging and the adjustments we made, well they just weren’t it. It turned into a no where to go track, and with ongoing brake issues we made the best of it and ended up P4.

We’ll keep working on the brakes this week and hope to be at Honor Speedway in Pueblo this coming weekend. Thanks to our crew Tara, Tom, and Brandon, Bret for the 4-wheeler help, and all our sponsors and family for the support.

Weekend Recap-El Paso County Raceway 🏁

It felt great to finally be back on track at El Paso County Raceway this weekend. We rolled out with a fresh wrap for the new season (more photos to come), which made it even more exciting. But with new motors, new parts, and a full field, a few hiccups were expected.

During hot laps, we noticed the rear brake locking up as we exited the track. We troubleshot it and thought we had it fixed. The heat went well we started 3rd and finished 3rd putting us P5 for the feature. But right at the start of the main, the rear brake issue came back and cost us a few spots. We tried to work through it, but about halfway into the race we had another issue when the freeze plugs blew, ending our night early. Even with the early exit, the car felt strong, and there’s plenty to be excited about. We’ll get it sorted and come back stronger.
