Seth is a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist with a B.S. in health and exercise sciences from Colorado State University - Fort Collins. He’s continuing his education through a master’s program in applied exercise sciences, where he
hopes to further his ability to help clients of all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. In his free time, Seth likes to watch horror movies with his wife, play sports such as football and basketball, and enjoys strategy games like chess.

Sean is a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness and has his B.S. in mass communications from Colorado State University – Pueblo. He enjoys training athletes and clients of all ability and fitness levels. From strength training to bodybuilding and rehabilitation after surgery and injuries, Sean enjoys using a variety of different training methods to help his clients reach their goals.
