🥋 **Daybreakers Self-Defense Friday!**

This Friday, we’re putting on the hoodies and learning how something as simple as your clothing can become a tool in a self-defense situation—and potentially make the difference you need to get out safely.

Believe it or not, the **first line of self-defense is awareness.** Being aware of your surroundings and recognizing a potential threat early may be enough to deter a situation before it ever happens.

At the end of class, we circle up and talk through how the things we wear every day can potentially be used against us during an attack. Being prepared doesn’t start when an event happens—it starts **long before it ever does.**

**Awareness. Preparation. Confidence. Self-defense.**

That’s what self defense is all about. 🥋
