2nd update.... I just realized that Brooklyn Joe's is closed on Sundays, so Saturday if we want to meet there or another place, maybe Beef O Bradys or ?? if we decide on Sunday

Update! Sorry for the late notice. I completely lost track of time. I am thinking Brooklyn Joe's Pizza in Punta Gorda at 2pm either Saturday or Sunday 8/01 or 8/02. Many said they could do either day. Just reaching out to see if there is one that is better for the majority. This restaurant has some great lunch specials until 3pm and a good variety. Looking forward to a fun meeting and a great show season! A decision for which day will be posted no later than Tuesday ☺️

Hey everyone, Jennifer Laningham here 🙂 I am looking for feedback on any changes you all would like to see at the Performance shows next season!
I would love to pick a day for an in person committee meeting. Maybe meet at a restaurant in Punta Gorda or Port Charlotte if anyone knows one that would accommodate a group, maybe off peak hours like 2 or 3pm, or maybe someone would be willing to offer their barn or something covered as a meeting space 🤷‍♀️
I am out of town this weekend, but I have July 25th/26th or August 1st/2nd available. Also, feel free to text or email your thoughts as I know someone of you are out of town for the summer.
Anyone interested in meeting please share your preferred date and time of day and we will see if we can make something work.

Ps...I tried to get the old trail course enlarged by 20' each direction, but that has been tabled by the county until possibly next year. 😭

🎟️ Our 50/50 was such a success last year that we’re doing it again!! Tickets will be on sale the night of. One winner will receive the 50/50 money, additional winners (at least 20) to take home 1 table centerpiece and a $2 scratch off lottery ticket.🎟️

Don’t forget, your year-end awards banquet reservations are due tomorrow!

Tomorrow, June 1, 2026 is the cutoff for turning in your Carole A. Lewis/Gayle Rogers Memorial Scholarship for all high school graduating seniors.

If you are placing a banquet ad, Rena needs that ASAP. 

We also need to know if anybody is bringing any silent auction items to the banquet in order to have the name listed in the banquet book. 

Don’t forget to mail in your banquet reservation forms.
