As the guy at the helm of this ship (its all of our facility, I just sign the paperwork) there are people that really impact the facility and our tribe of seekers of self improvement, this guy has been missing due to health , (not slacking he doesnt know how to do anything half way) Corey has helped with projects, hes there for everyone from the kids to someone that needs a shoulder or advice on training, his absence is felt in big ways

Tomorrow, Saturday May 30 at spartan fitness, the crab man plus will be here, selling sea food, we are also having open house at the gym, the office will open all day, if you have ever wanted to come see whats inside , or see whats new after the expansions and new additions, please!
