Do you have a passion for soccer and love working with kids? We’d love to connect with you!
As our youth soccer program continues to grow, we’re looking for dedicated coaches who want to make a positive impact on the next generation of athletes.
Our training sessions are held at the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Dome, and we serve families throughout the Hilliard, Dublin, and greater Columbus area.
We’re looking for individuals who are:

✅ Passionate about helping children build confidence, develop soccer skills, and—most importantly—have FUN!
Our players range in age from 2 to 9 years old, and we’re looking for coaches who can create a safe, encouraging, and energetic environment where every child feels supported.
Soccer experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. If you’re eager to learn, enjoy working with children, and want to be part of something special, we’d love to hear from you. We’ll provide guidance and support to help you become a successful coach.
At the end of the day, we’re about much more than soccer. We’re committed to building confidence, teaching teamwork, developing character, and creating a lifelong love for the game.
