One year of work, and now we’ve got 30+ athletes running sub-5.0 in the 40. That’s big-time speed for a high school program.
And the crazy part is these kids are still developing physically. They’re getting stronger, more explosive, more coordinated, and faster every year.
The numbers speak for themselves — we’re a fast football team.
Everybody else getting their last week of rest. We’re running stadium stairs. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜Ž

The offseason builds champions. The season reveals them. About a month to go. 😈
Everybody wants results. Few want the work.
Game speed isn’t about running in a straight line—it’s about decelerating, redirecting, and exploding without losing efficiency.
Every rep has a purpose. Today we’re building cleaner footwork, sharper cuts, better body control, and faster reactions that transfer directly to the field. We don’t train to look good in drills—we train to create separation, win one-on-one matchups, and make plays when the lights come on Friday night.
