Hi 👋🏼 my name is Alexis and I am a coach + the owner of Wolf Heart (still feels weird saying that) 🥹🐺⚡️🫶🏼
I have a deep love for bringing fun, sweat, joy, and healing into peoples l
ives which is what drove me to opening this magical place! I stand firmly in my belief that exercise is medicine and that group fitness only enhances its magical powers by bringing community into the mix! Coaching is a part of my identity and I feel insanely lucky to do what I love. Nothing lights me up like watching member after member reach a goal, make a new friend, dance to our music, come in after a hard day, take a selfie in our rainbow lighting, or simply just break a sweat within the walls of Wolf Heart! For those that know me, you know that more than anything I love to laugh and create fun experiences for people! As soon as I spark up a wild idea in my head, I will stop at nothing and never sleep again until it’s brought to life 😅🤪 here are some more lil facts about me:

MEET COACH ZOE ✨
Zoe is our wild, spunky, and fun loving coach! If you know Zoe, you know she’s always on the move. She loves to sweat, travel, and make memories that last a life time. She is an absolute YES girl. She is the friend that books the trip with you, goes out for last minute drinks, agrees to the Tuesday night concert, and then meets you for a workout the next day. As much as fitness is her life- she believes in BALANCE. She will be the first to tell you that you can’t be your healthiest self if you aren’t having fun while reaching your goals. Tori is the life of every party and the most reliable and dependable gal wrapped in one! She equally loves experiencing everything life has to offer all while staying organized and rooted in routine! She loves a checklist and an event calendar! As a former cheerleader and current high school cheer coach, she makes the ULTIMATE HYPE GIRL. She believes in creating JUDGE FREE environments for everyone to embrace their inner baddie 🔥 On top of Tori’s love and passion for fitness and cheering others on, Tori has her masters degree in education and is a full time 3rd grade teacher. Adam is as genuine as they come. He brings a unique and calm energy to the table that naturally makes you feel supported and seen. He is humbly filled with talent and passions that keep him busy and motivated. From photography , music & art, to lifting weights, fishing, and adventuring- Adam does a little bit of everything! With a background in bodybuilding and martial arts, Adam is a firm believe in discipline superseding motivation. This is part of what makes him a great coach and fitness leader. Full of life, passion, and FIRE- TJ is a former professional football player who played in Russia & Germany, he does full time I.T., and is a devoted friend, partner, father, dog dad, and coach! TJ loves to keep a busy schedule and it’s rare that you ever find him sitting still. He is the hype man of all hype men and believes in loyalty and hard work! With a more reserved and gentle first impression, once you get to know him his contagious and fun energy will TACKLE you and make you feel like you’re being drafted to the NFL.
