We’re excited to be in week #5 of our community wellness initiative designed to get people moving, connecting, and exploring all the amazing parks and trails Puyallup has to offer 💚👟 Thank you to all who have participated so far!
✨ Walk Puyallup includes several FREE opportunities throughout the week, including:
👟 Weekly walks with Fleet Feet - Tuesdays 6PM
🌳 “Walk with Hop” led by former Mayor John “Hop” John Hopkins - Wednesday, July 8, 9:00AM - Puyallup 5-mile Loop (Meet at Clark's Creek South Picnic Shelter). *Note this will be approximately 2 hours and would be considered an intermediate hike/walk on mostly a dirt trail.
🦺 Friday morning walks with our Park Ranger Chris - Friday, July 10th, 11:00AM - Puyallup Riverwalk Trail (429 9th Ave NE, Puyallup, WA 98371) - Meet at Veteran's Park
💜 Women’s Walking Group - Saturdays, Next Walk will be posted soon!
🏃 Sunday morning running & walking group with Wolf Heart Fit Co.- 8:00am at the Puyallup Foothills Trailhead (near Van Lierop Park).

Come enjoy great conversation, community connection, and a walk through some of Puyallup’s beautiful parks and trails 🌿☀️

Free summer workout classes return to downtown Puyallup, this time with rewards

🥾🌿 Join us for our next Guided **Women’s Hiking Club** hike!
📅 Saturday, July 11th
⏰ 9:00 AM
📍 Pt. Defiance Park Trailhead.
Explore the scenic Pt. Defiance Park Trail with guides Carla and Ellen! This moderate hike covers approximately 4.3 miles with about 320 feet of elevation gain and takes about 1.5 hours to complete. Lots of pretty forests views, as well as views of the Sound/Tacoma Narrows Bridge. 💚
💲 $10 per person
👟 Limited to 15 hikers
💧 Bring water and sturdy hiking shoes
Our "no hiker left behind" philosophy means we'll stick together and enjoy the journey at a comfortable pace. Registration is required, and spots are limited!

We are one week away from an EPIC Summer Concert Series Kick Off!

We will be welcoming Atomic Punks - Presented by Barrett Financial and Principle Homes NW!

The Puyallup Night Market will have Food Trucks and Vendors on-site weekly beginning at 5PM! Let the music move you—all summer long!

Don’t forget your blankets & lawn chairs, and please note - pop-up tents and large umbrellas will be asked to be taken down 15 minutes prior to the music starting. *There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in any of Puyallup’s Parks. If inclement weather occurs, concerts may be cancelled.

*We will be accepting non-perishable food and hygiene items at each concert to be donated to the Puyallup Food Bank.
