We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our 10U program to the North End! To give North End players an opportunity to get an early start with the Bandits, we've added an additional tryout date exclusively for North End athletes.

This is a great opportunity for young players to join the Bandits family, develop their skills, build confidence, and begin their competitive softball journey with our program.

We can't wait to welcome the next generation of Bandits and see these athletes grow and thrive within our proven development model.

We are proud to announce a new partnership with our neighbors to the north as we welcome our Canada-based 16/18u team to the ai Bandits organization!
This exciting expansion brings the ai Bandits' proven development model, national network, and competitive opportunities to Canadian athletes seeking elite training, high-level competition, and a pathway to reach their softball goals. Players will now have access to the same Bandits philosophy and proven methods while training and competing closer to home.
What sets the Bandits apart is that we are more than a collection of teams—we are one connected organization. Through collaboration, shared knowledge, and a consistent approach to player development, our coaches and athletes work together to create opportunities and elevate every team across the Bandits family, regardless of location.
Adding a Canadian-based team is another step forward in our commitment to developing athletes, expanding opportunities, and growing the game. The Bandits culture, standards, and vision now extend beyond borders, creating even more opportunities for players throughout North America.

Building a nationally respected and sustainable organization takes relentless dedication and strong leadership. Our team continues to put in the work every day to support our athletes as the game of softball grows and evolves.

In the Pacific Northwest, there are few proven models that truly create a pathway for softball players to reach their full potential as student-athletes. We are proud to be part of a community that continues to provide meaningful opportunities through homegrown organizations—especially as corporate brands increasingly compete for influence in local youth sports.

The ai Bandits are looking for passionate, qualified coaches to join our team for the 2026–2027 season!

We pride ourselves on building balanced and collaborative coaching staffs that blend parent and non-parent coaches—creating a culture rooted in impartiality, development, and shared commitment.

Bandits coaches are part of a structured and supportive environment that embraces an inclusive approach. We promote collaboration, crossover, and partnership across teams to create the best possible experience for both athletes and staff.

Our nationally connected and experienced coaching network provides both new and seasoned coaches with expanded access to top-tier talent while helping build recognition and credibility within the coaching community.

The 2025 fall exposure season and winter camps once again created exciting new opportunities for many ai Bandits athletes. Nearly 350 college coaches attended ai Bandits games during the fall recruiting season, resulting in numerous camp invitations and several players officially committing to play collegiate softball.

Please join us in congratulating the following ai Bandits on their recent commitments. The standards and expectations of the ai Bandits program demand significant sacrifice, dedication, and discipline qualities these young women consistently demonstrate. Those same qualities will undoubtedly serve them well as they pursue success both on and off the field while their joumeys continue to evolve.

We are incredibly proud of these athletes and look forward to celebrating many more Bandits as they achieve their dream of playing college softball in the near future.
