Sumner CrossFit is hosting a FREE power yoga workshop led by April Pizzo on Saturday March 9th! If you have aches, pains, and injuries, or just want to increase your mobility, then power yoga could be a great tool to get you in tip top shape. This workshop is designed for beginners all the way through experienced yogis. Join us for a basic walk through of all the movements from 11:00-11:30 am and then for the full power yoga class from 11:30-12:30 pm. Call us with any questions at (253) 321-2181.
