Almost 50 of us boarded two boats to sail the seas of Barbados 🇧🇧✨
We laughed, we danced, we snorkeled, we swam… we LIVED.

But let’s be clear—healing is not just what happens on the mat.

It looked like us feeding and caring for one another, making sure every woman was held… Yamas 🤎
It looked like reflecting on our emotions, speaking life over ourselves, and cleansing our spirit… Niyamas ✨
It looked like whining our waists under the sun, fully in our bodies… Asana 💃🏾
Breathing in that fresh ocean air, filling our souls… Pranayama 🌬️

It looked like feeling the ocean wrap around us, disconnecting from everything else… Pratyahara 🌊
Watching each wave with intention, studying its rhythm… Dharana 👁️
And then… just being.
Melting into the moment, into the sky, into ourselves… Dhyana 🙏🏾

And somewhere between the laughter, the tears, the water, and the love…
we felt it.
That deep connection. That oneness. That presence bigger than us.

Samadhi. 🤍

This is the practice.
This is the work.
