This is how your muscles grow and this is what you should know to make them grow faster:
🏋🏽♂️ you have to carry out a series of movements (exercises) that force it to make an overexertion so that microscopic breaks of the fibers that compose it occur.
💪🏽 When you carry out this procedure repeatedly (break-repair-break-repair), the body tends to increase the number of fibers. This is what is described in the fitness world as the process of hypertrophy.
