We were apart of History, we were apart of building a strong foundation. Through Legendary handshakes, hugs, and Genuine conversation. Beyond the High and Lows that come with production, within the calming flows, and cheering glows of a historical function. We were invited and delighted, to build on a euphoric foundational space on the earth. Special Thanx to MVBB Unity Sponsors,Community,as well the leaders who put together such a great moment in time. as well as a memorable experience. Most importantly, it was an educational breakthrough for our students to think about things beyond the game. They were able to think about modern ways of rehabilitation and recovery. They were able to think about the different challenges face when it pertains to medication and addiction during and post play.

Lastly they were able to think about themselves as people and who they represent themselves to be when walking in a room and leaving an impression. Ansentiment of building high character, moral integrity, and accountability as people when it reflects on how we all react and respond to a world of decisions. We were greatly appreciative and honored sharing the moment's and life lessons as a community.

Cardio and control

We are emphasizing the importance of balance, control, change of tempo and pace. Students learning their footwork and coordination from a young age will grant a smoother transition into any other sports of interest.

Ofcourse with active exercise, strength & Conditioning Drills, it will activate the muscles as well as contribute to the growth in their muscle memory. Angles, Change of Direction, Consistent movements and adaptability to patterned routines.

Education is key..Having fun is essential.
