Iron Fist is currently offering Tae Kwon Do mixed with Kick Boxing and Self Defense. Iron Fist offers a unique atmosphere for beginners to the advanced with multiple certified Black Belt Instructors including head instructor Master Brown who has over 25 years of martial arts experience alone. Our fall schedule for classes . 4:30 to 5:30 Monday through Thursday for all students. 5:30 to 6:30 for green one and up . Friday from 5 pm to 6 sparring class οΏΌ. Saturday morning 8:45 to 10 am breaking class. Then open class from 10 to 11am . Advanced classes will start up end of September. And will be posted in the DoJang. This class will be for high blue belts and up . Sincerely Master Brown.
