Some of the greatest accomplishments have not been made just from my teaching, but also from the drive, the patience, and the determination from all of my students. Together we worked as a true team through thick and thin. Together, we won, wherever we went. Everything we have done together is something I will always hold true to my heart. This is not and will never be good bye. This is just see you real soon. Thank you to all of my students, former and current. Wherever I go, whatever I do, you all are with me. 💯🙏🏼

It’s not summer training without a session in the parking lot! 😎 Our three forms students do their final preparations for United States Kuo Shu Federation (USKSF) 2023 Championships in Baltimore, Maryland! Just one week away. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
