🚨KRAZY TOWN ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY🚨
We want Krazy Town Trampoline Park to be a fun, safe, and welcoming place for everyone — especially our little ones.
Effective immediately, we are taking a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to disruptive and disrespectful behavior.
If you are fighting, using inappropriate language, bullying, refusing to follow staff instructions, intentionally roughhousing around younger children, or otherwise creating an unsafe environment, you will be asked to leave.
There will be no arguing with staff, no repeated warnings, and no excuses. Our staff are there to keep everyone safe, and when they give an instruction, it needs to be followed.
If you can't follow the rules and respect the staff and other guests, you will be removed from the facility.
We understand that kids and teens are going to have fun, be energetic, and sometimes get carried away — that's what we're here for! But there is a big difference between having fun and creating an unsafe or disrespectful environment for everyone else.
Parents, please talk with your kids before they come to Krazy Town. We want them here, we want them having fun, and we want them coming back. But safety and respect are non-negotiable.
