There are moments in life when we feel deeply connected to ourselves — grounded, alive, authentic, and at ease in our own skin. Often, those moments aren't defined by what we're doing, but by how we're being.
This week, take some time to reflect on a moment when you felt most like yourself. What qualities were present? Were you courageous, creative, calm, joyful, confident, connected, or free? Those qualities aren't lost or left in the past — they're part of who you are.
Awakening personal power isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering and embodying the parts of yourself that have always been there.
What would it look like to bring a little more of those qualities into your life this week?

Join Carlie on June 29th at 8 PM for this month's Strawberry Moon Circle—an evening of reflection, intention setting, and connection under the energy of June's full moon. The Strawberry Moon invites us to celebrate growth, abundance, and the sweetness of all that's come into bloom, while creating space to honor what we're ready to nurture next. Come gather in community and align with the wisdom of the lunar cycle.
We often think personal power is something we need to build, achieve, or acquire. But more often, it's something we uncover.
Beneath the expectations of others, beneath self-doubt, beneath the constant pull of comparison and distraction, there is a deeper part of ourselves that already knows what matters, what feels true, and what is aligned.
Yoga offers us opportunities to reconnect with that place. Through movement, breath, stillness, and awareness, we begin to quiet the noise and listen more closely to our own inner wisdom.
This week at Eagle Eye Yoga, we're exploring what it means to return to ourselves — trusting that the strength, clarity, and power we're seeking may already be within us.
Our first instinct when discomfort or uncertainty arises is often to tense, resist, or pull away. But openness asks something different of us, not to force ourselves past discomfort, but to stay present long enough to meet it with curiosity.
When we soften instead of immediately closing off, we create space for understanding, growth, and new experiences to emerge. In yoga, this might look like breathing through a challenging moment, staying with sensation a little longer, or allowing ourselves to experience something without rushing to judge or change it.
This week at EagleEyeYoga, we’re practicing openness not as perfection, but as a willingness to remain present with what arises.

We often overlook the quiet ways we keep going. The texts we answer, the hard conversations we avoid or step into, the tiny commitments we keep to ourselves, the moments we choose to pause instead of react. So much of your life is made up of these almost invisible efforts — the ones no one claps for, but that shape everything.
This is where confidence is actually built.
Not in the big milestones or perfect moments, but in the repetition of showing up for yourself in small, steady ways. Each time you follow through, each time you return to your breath, each time you choose presence over avoidance — you’re quietly strengthening trust in yourself.
Try ending your day by noticing just one moment where you did show up for your life — even in the smallest way. Let that be enough to acknowledge, and let it be a seed of confidence for tomorrow.
