Wishing Everyone a Happy New Year! There was so much that happened in 2024! Performances, Music Video, and Competitions! Placing numerous 1st places and top 3 during the year has been an accomplishment for the team! Having our Seniors leave for College was tough since they have been with us since the beginning. Celebrated our 15 year Anniversary with a Masquerade Ball! We have faced many challenges that has made us much stronger! So many memories made in 2024 and we are looking forward to the New Year! Thank you all!

It's Nationals Competition at the Cape! So far, our students are on fire! We are so overjoyed! Seeing them on stage, competing, and giving it their all, truly makes us so proud! The Trio took 1st place overalls out of 10, small group tap took 2nd place overall out of 24, and our large group took 2nd and 3rd place overalls with all Platinums. Special awards "Can't take my eyes off you" and "Future Stars"! Two of our routines will be competing Sunday for the "Dance Off Challenge Finalist" the finale! High Scoring!!! Miss Erica received an award for Outstanding Choreography! Well deserved! GO VELOCITY! Keep you posted on Sunday!

Thank you for an amazing 15th Year Anniversary Show! What a better way to do it with a Masquerade Ball! Seeing you shine on stage made us so proud! Thank you to our staff, class moms, volunteers, and Velocity Family!

Another great Competition weekend! Once again, Congratulations to our comp team! They did fabulous! 4 Platinum awards, 4 Elite Golds, a few 2nd and 3rd overall placements, 2 Special Awards: "Packs a Punch" and "Contagious Energy" awards! Our Biggest win was our Mini trio placing 1st place overalls. So proud of our students! Long weekends the past two weeks but all worth seeing them shine on stage!

Congratulations to our Competition Team on an amazing performance last weekend at Foxwoods! It was an intense competition and our team did amazing! We are so proud of them. Our Mini Team took 1st place on their group tap routine and took 1st place in the entire division overalls! They also took 2nd place Jazz Trio Routine and 3rd place for Group Jazz. Our Senior Team took two 1st place Modern Duo/Jazz Trio, 2nd place Group Contemporary, and 3rd Group Jazz in their category! So proud!

We have another Competition this weekend so wish us luck! Proud of all of you!

A few more weeks and it's our first competition of the season! Can't wait to see our comp team on stage! Thank you all for supporting our fundraisers!
