With ages ranging from 18 months old to our adult classes, we have something to teach anyone interested! We have over 200 years of combined coaching experience among our coaches- and that’s not including their time spent in the sport as an athletes before they started coaching!

We start classes at 18 months. Tiny Gems is for our littlest of athletes to attend while alongside a loved one. The adult is then being guided by one of our coaches.
